Sè-kài ê lâng（世界个人）：攝影師的條件是一項藝術研究計劃，由國家攝影文化中心舉起鏡子迎上他的凝視—臺灣攝影首篇(1869-1949) 特展委託製作，重新詮釋劉吶鷗、鄧南光、張才、陳麗鴻及萬懷軒的影像創作，跨越時空探討「攝影者」及「被攝者」的身份。
